Keep on Truckin'

Day 292

A few days ago I blogged about the Breinholt Family Reunion 2010 and I totally forgot to share one of the photos taken on our way back.

We took I-15 home and when I got on the highway I wanted to pass the super-slow-poke in front of me. So I whizzed past him and got into the lane left of him and saw this:

I have to admit that it startled me to see the front of a semi looking right at me. It would have frightened me more of it was the truck from Stephen King's horrible movie Maximum Overdrive.

No wonder I hate the Green Goblin.

  2. It would appear to the "trained" eye that this is a semi being towed backward by another semi ... if not, I wonder why three of the four lanes appear to have cars driving the same direction.

Regardless, that is not something you want to see when you blindly pull out on the highway! Yikes!

  3. Oh my gosh!! That definitely would have freaked me out! For me, though, it would have reminded me of the Steven Spielberg made-for-TV movie "Duel" (but it would have also reminded me of "Maximum Overdrive" - and you are right, it was a horrible movie!)
